administration and renewal reminders.

insurance broker/administrator in all 50 states and a privately held company with more than 44 years
of experience providing health insurance benefits.

Executive Bios
Mark Kelsey, President
Prior to founding HealthInsurance.com, Mark Kelsey enjoyed a broad and distinguished career in health
insurance sales and management. As President of Kelsey National,
a leading Los Angeles-based insurance broker/administrator, Mark oversaw the company's successful exit
out of low-margin line of insurance
products (then representing 80% of its revenue) into the
higher-margin products that now constitute 70% of its revenue. Among other accomplishments, Mark was
the youngest person in the history of Mutual
of New York to rank in the national top 10 for group health
insurance sales.
Mark Kelsey holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley,
an M.B.A. from Harvard University, and a yoga
teaching certificate from Sacred Movement, Los Angeles. His
honors include Mortar Board and Order of the Golden Bear,
one of U.C. Berkeley's highest accolades. Mark is also an
active member of the Young Presidents Organization.
Rick Rajewski, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
With more than 15 years of experience in technology fields, Rick Rajewski has an excellent reputation
for accomplishing challenging projects on time and under budget, and is renowned for successfully coordinating
multiple resources, people and technologies to achieve financial goals. Prior to joining HealthInsurance.com,
Rick was a co-founder of Jewelry.com, where he was responsible for the management and coordination
of its technology.
Rick Rajewski's career highlights include co-ownership of MicroAge - The Corporate Center, a company
he grew from two to 140 people and which garnered $120 million in annual sales in its 12th year. At
MicroAge, he oversaw the daily operations and productivity of 60 technicians, consultants and developers.
Rick has also worked as an independent consultant with Nestle USA, for whom he designed and implemented
a nationwide e-mail infrastructure supporting more than 9,000 employees.
